Add a bunch of debugging prints to the Mac OS watcher. This should help debug the intermittent, difficult-to-reproduce issues on the vm-mac-release bot. A file watcher. It monitors (currently by polling) for changes to contents of directories and notifies you when files have been added, removed, or modified.
