Prepare for the latest dart_flutter_team_lints (#2127) Eagerly apply autofixes and manual fixes in the code before landing dependabot PRs #2124 and #2125 Ignore the `comment_references` lint since there are false positives (likely amongst true positives) in these packages.

package:checks is a relatively new library for expressing test expectations. It's a more modern version of package:matcher and features a literate API.
