Use primary constructors for linter visitors Sorry for the size. I'm happy to break this up if it would be easier to review. Note: Most of these changes were done by AI, the rest were automated. I've reviewed the changes multiple times to try to make your job easier. This mostly just converts in-body constructors to primary constructors, initializing formals to declaring parameters, and in a few case moves the initialization of a field from the constructor's initializer list to the field declaration. In a few places I renamed the visitor class to `_Visitor` for consistency. In one place I got rid of a field that wasn't being referenced. There might be other fields that could be removed. I wasn't specifically looking to do that kind of cleanup.
