tool: add dart script to update bindings (#16) Update the readme to write the version of the IDL things are based on
Lightweight DOM and JS bindings built around JS static interop.
Based on @webref/idl 3.25.0
NOTE: This package is highly experimental. Please wait for it to be published before experimenting with it.
