The more\nmachine-readable colon-separated format doesn\u0027t make sense for a\nmessage intended for humans.\n\nSince [Location.formatString] seems more likely to be consumed by\nmachines, its format was left as-is.\n\nThis also prepares version 0.9.1 for release.\n\nThis was previously submitted as r36603. That caused buildbot errors and was\nrolled back by r36615.
