Support tests on VM with sanitizers (#2575) This is useful for finding issues when using foreign libraries through `dart:ffi`, such as use-after-free, use of uninitialized memory and data races. This is also useful for pure Dart programs that might have data races through the use of shared fields. package:checks is a relatively new library for expressing test expectations. It's a more modern version of package:matcher and features a literate API.
