[vm,debugger] remove column number check in GetBreakpointLocation Once breakpointLocation has been resolved into token position, line breakpoint and column breakpoint should be the same. Then check only token position to remove possible duplicates. Also some variable renaming. A "bpt" could be class "Breakpoint" or class "BreakpointLocation" in different part of functions. Rename the variables to reduce confusion.
