[CFE] Fix memory leaks introduced in November/December 2021 27068ba96b1e introduced a memory leak when initializing from a Component by holding on to it and never releasing it. e92e60da7822 introrduced an 'artificial' memory leak which is also "fixed". 0e4e2be6394b introduced a memory leak by forgetting a .clear(). 5f32f4d7b678 introduced a memory leak by adding SourceLibraryBuilders to a list that's never cleared.
