Analyzer test cleanup: remove unnecessary getter skipNonConstInitializers The getter used to be used to skip certain tests when testing the code that computed summaries from the element model. That code was removed nearly two years ago (d13a8872927a9ecd1e7df5e8dca4c258371fb3e6).
