Fix dart:html and other entries in CHANGELOG: * Fixed big rendering bug where the entire CHANGELOG was indented at the dart:html bulleted list, because of an un-coded `<Object>`, which is an HTML tag. See https://github.com/dart-lang/sdk/blob/5b1daaac6c135a2d83da3f3bd88344d7c7545aac/CHANGELOG.md * Markdown link references were not referred to. * Wrapped everything at 80-chars.
