[messages] Refine parameter types for already-removed diagnostics. Changes the parameter types for the following diagnostic messages so that they accept a narrower type than `Object`: - `exportLegacySymbol` - `getterNotAssignableSetterTypes` - `inconsistentCaseExpressionTypes` - `invalidCastFunction` - `invalidCastFunctionExpr` - `invalidCastLiteral` - `invalidCastLiteralList` - `invalidCastLiteralMap` - `invalidCastLiteralSet` - `invalidCastMethod` - `invalidCastNewExpr` - `missingDartLibrary` - `switchExpressionNotAssignable` - `subtypeOfFfiClassInExtends` - `subtypeOfFfiClassInImplements` - `subtypeOfFfiClassInWith` - `importOfLegacyLibraryIntoNullSafe` - `invalidOperatorForSuper` - `missingTerminatorForParameterGroup` - `multipleVariablesInForEach` - `nonUserDefinableOperator` - `unexpectedTerminatorForParameterGroup` - `wrongTerminatorForParameterGroup` - `unableGetContent` - `missingReturn` - `sdkVersionAsyncExportedFromCore` - `sdkVersionBoolOperatorInConstContext` These are all diagnostic messages that have been "removed", meaning that they are never reported, and the code generator doesn't generate any code for them. However, they still pass through much of the code generator's infrastructure, and so they must refer to types that the code generator accepts. This paves the way for a follow-up CL that will make the code generator stop accepting `Object` as a diagnostic parameter type.
