Rename ResynthesizeKernelStrongTest to ResynthesizeTest_Kernel This ensures that it will be counted by pkg/analyzer/tool/analyzer_cfe_progress.dart. Note that this makes the number of failing CFE tests for pkg/analyzer appear to jump up by 44 (from 1172 to 1216), but there are no actual new failures; we are just counting them now.
