[ddc] Manually shard e2e test suites The intention of this change is to break apart the suites and should not add or remove any tests in any configuration. - Moved records and patterns tests into a Dart 3.0 specific suite. - Broke the before/after null safety agnostic tests into two shards. - Added new suites to run all of the same tests in all of the same configs.
