Don't use variableElement.computeConstantValue() in ConstantVisitor. ...when we are using Analysis Driver. This method causes switching to the task-model based way of computing constants. And so filling SdkAnalysisContext with data. And because SDK instances are long-lived, we were keeping this data as well.
