Don't link to analyzer_cli Instead of linking to the DISCONTINUED https://pub.dartlang.org/packages/analyzer_cli, link to https://github.com/dart-lang/sdk/tree/master/pkg/analyzer_cli#dartanalyzer. (I'm hoping this is a simple enough change that you can take it through this PR.)
