Fix some tests broken by CL 94993 Some of the "regressions" in CL 94993 (73be247e123bd9514a1d573701da5670707e6c2a) just turned out to be test expectations that needed to be updated. This CL makes the following kinds of updates to test expectations: - Adds info:INFERRED_TYPE_LITERAL when necessary (some of the code for inferring the types of type literals has been generalized, so this info is reported more frequently than it previously was). - Removes duplicate error:*_TYPE_NOT_ASSIGNABLE (it was previously a bug to report this twice; that bug is now fixed).
