[vm/bytecode] Fix return value for several BigInt intrinsics If these intrinsics are called from interpreter and return garbage, the interpreter might crash in Interpreter::InvokeCompiled while inspecting the result. Also, this CL contains a fix for the slow path of Int64 box allocation in the interpreter.
