[vm/aot] Fix broken benchmarks This CL fix an assertion inside Serializer::WriteInstructions that was always failing in debug mode AOT 32-bit platforms which used to happen when Utils::IsUint was called with a signed type value was being passed. It also fixes a bug that happens on some architectures that do not support atomic unaligned load operations of 64-bit values.
