[infra] Add versionchecker and debianpackage to test matrix * Run Debian package creation in a Docker container. * Upload archives from Docker host (the container lacks credentials). * Remove BUILDBOT_BUILDERNAME environment variables from test matrix: They are overwritten in the recipe.
