Revert "[co19] co19_2 tests roll (DEPS and .status files update)" This reverts commit f99b9b80ffb404c207a0b2b36979d1ccbbef3267. Reason for revert: Rolls in a version of co19_2 that contains two files whose name differs only by case and whose content is not the same. This breaks "gclient sync" on machines with case-insensitive filesystems (e.g. macs).
