Revert "[fasta] Invoke constructors of mixin applications in super invocations" This reverts commit 7d1ebf260a5dca5d1edc4d396850c27e3de9b362 as it breaks vm-kernel-precomp-obfuscate-linux-release-x64, kernel-precomp bots.
