Update status for passing test after constant evaluation was reverted This is a follow-up to reverting constant evaluation in 46ab040e589adc5200370dec7952ce5150850822. The issue https://github.com/dart-lang/sdk/issues/33086 appears only if constant evaluation is enabled.
