Fix typo in mini_types.dart subtype logic. Since the types in mini_types.dart are only used in testing, the algorithms that are specialized to those types aren't themselves heavily tested. It looks like this typo slipped through the cracks. Dart Web: For programs targeting the web, Dart Web includes both a development time compiler (dartdevc) and a production time compiler (dart2js).
