[VM interpreter] Fix InterpretCall stub. The stub was marking the thread as executing VM code too early, since the slow path of AllocateArray (called via PushArrayOfArguments) calls into the runtime. With this fix, DeltaBlueClosures can run in fully interpreted mode.
