Make sure that path is correct on all test platforms In CL https://dart-review.googlesource.com/c/sdk/+/89441 I added assertions to check the elementUri for completion suggestions. However, in the case of a file elementUri as in local_reference_contributor_test.dart, we need to normalize the file path for other operating systems (eg windows).
