This reverts commit 23fff58503744ae06c73fde08f8e8293f6dbe1dd.

Reason: failures on vm-kernel-precomp-linux-debug-x64-4-8-be,
precomp-linux-debug-x64-1-3-be, precomp-linux-product-x64-be bots.
