[dart2js] SSA cleanup This change essentially converts the complex `SsaOptimizerTask.optimize` method with local functions into a `SsaOptimizerWorkItem` object. - The work item now owns the ranges rather than the global task (which was a kind of leak, although inconsequential). - Moved some optimization phase constructor calls into methods to reduce repeated code. - Factor out code that updates the properties of an invocation. Dart Native: For programs targeting devices (mobile, desktop, server, and more), Dart Native includes both a Dart VM with JIT (just-in-time) compilation and an AOT (ahead-of-time) compiler for producing machine code.
Dart Web: For programs targeting the web, Dart Web includes both a development time compiler (dartdevc) and a production time compiler (dart2js).
