[gardening] Remove standalone{,_2}/io/raw_datagram_socket_test from iso-stress builder
The test shows up as flaky when running in parallel on the
"iso-stress" builder and as such is not needed to test concurrency in
the VM, so we'll remove it.
The test fails with
