[CFE] Reproduction of error on recomile even without change (slight variation) This is a slight variation of https://github.com/dart-lang/sdk/commit/6aee7d0eb82c420a907af0a1da5e90ca66736db2 that was fixed in https://github.com/dart-lang/sdk/commit/019ce33409e246973a217a7f9655444bc13d2619 This one still fails.
