Bump versions of front_end and kernel.

Accidentally left out of 85608660095c537880787da5a7ef1fcb499eccd8.

This is necessary before publishing analyzer version 0.32.5, so that
compatible versions of analyzer, front_end, and kernel can be
published in lock step.
