  "message": "Tweak READMEs: (#610)\n\n- Fix typos\r\n\r\n- Shorten some long lines in markdown files using footnote-style\r\n  markdown links\r\n\r\n- Use `#` header syntax instead of a mix of `#` and underscores: it\u0027s\r\n  unclear whether `---` is smaller than `##` or not.
