cleanup(lib): move equals Matcher and CustomMatcher into their own libs (#84) Reduces lines in lib/src/core_matches.dart by half No public API change
Support for specifying test expectations, such as for unit tests.
The matcher library provides a third-generation assertion mechanism, drawing inspiration from Hamcrest.
