  "message": "Adjust ANSI colors in logs and console for theme legibility (#10060)\n\n* Adjust ANSI colors in logs and console for theme legibility\n\nANSI colors are fixed terminal colors, so some of them (e.g. ansi-black,\nansi-white, ansi-bright-white) are effectively invisible against the\ncorresponding light or dark themed background (see #6345).\n\ntextSpansFromAnsi now takes an optional background color, which all\nconsole/logging call sites pass as the theme surface. Foreground colors\nwhose contrast ratio against that background is below 3:1 are blended\ntoward black (on a light background) or white (on a dark background) to\nrestore legibility; sufficiently contrasting colors are left untouched.\nBackground ANSI colors are not adjusted since blending into the surface\ndoes not harm legibility.\n\nAdds unit tests for the contrast adjustment behavior.\n\nFixes #6345\n\n* Extract magic numbers in _adjustForContrast into named constants\n\nPer code review feedback and the DevTools style guide.\n\n* Add release note for ANSI color legibility improvements\n\n* Remove unnecessary import from utils.dart\n\n---------\n\nCo-authored-by: awaisdev5765 \u003cawaisdev5765@users.noreply.github.com\u003e\nCo-authored-by: Sam Rawlins \u003csam.rawlins@gmail.com\u003e",
