This\r\n  affects a header file in swiftshader\u0027s third-party directory:\r\n  third_party/swiftshader/third_party/llvm-subzero/include/llvm/ADT/iterator.h\r\n\r\n* Three functions in libVulkan.cpp are re-declared with a difference in\r\n  dllexport attribute only.\r\n\r\n* Silence implicit string conversion warnings in two places in\r\n  swiftshader where asserts of the form assert(!\"Error msg\") are used.\r\n\r\nIssue: https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/59199",
