      "message": "Set default visibility of functions in BoringSSL to be hidden\n\nRight now any build of the Dart VM (debug/release/product) compiles\nagainst the same BoringSSL target.  The VM build uses build-global\nflags like `-fvisibility\u003dhidden` which are set depending on the\nglobal mode (e.g. product).\n\nThough we want to be able to build a product AOT runtime in e.g.\n--mode\u003drelease mode. The compiler-global flags will therefore be\nfrom release build. This causes us to not set `-fvisibility\u003dhidden`\nand blows up the code size of the resulting binary.\n\nThis CL will cause only explicitly exported symbols to be visible,\nwhich makes any VM that includes BoringSSL smaller.
